Some recommendations to improve the pension regime in Vietnam

Retirement is a major regime in the social insurance policy andincludes both compulsory and voluntary security system Vietnam many other countries. Practice shows that fact core important pillar national system, contributing to improving life of laborers upon their end working age lightening burden on welfare society. After 60 years implementation, retirement has gradually improved towards benefit workers. Through studying implementation modern regimes, author points out some fundamental limitations such as: (i) low coverage; (ii) salary paid survivorship fund still very low, approximately equal average pension people enjoying scheme; (iii) imbalance between –funding payment ratio causing liabilities for fund; (iv) systems world participation, this young generation... These limits are preventing effective particular preservation general. Hence, proposes policies contribute improvement future.
